Customer Care | Returns, Exchanges & Credit
Pretty Brainy trusts that you will be happy with the merchandise you purchase; however, if for any reason you must return an item purchased, do so within 14 days of receipt for store credit. We provide credit only and do not refund purchases. There will be a restocking charge of 10 percent; however, you will receive free shipping on your exchanged merchandise.
Keeping everyone happy is important, and we ask that you follow these return procedures:
- Call our office at 1+720-203-1749 to notify us of the return.
- Enclose the item in protective packaging and include a note telling us the reason for the return.
- When sending the return back to us, please use a carrier that can track and insure your package. Pretty Brainy cannot replace packages lost during return shipment is proof of tracking is unavailable. Should you have any questions, please email us at ideas@prettybrainy.com.
- Detailed instructions for returning your goods also are included with your order. If you have misplaced your invoice, received the items as a gift, or do not have an invoice, please telephone us at 1+720-203-1749 or email ideas@prettybrainy.com to process a return authorization. Please do not send items back without an invoice or return authorization.
- All returned goods must be clean, unworn and unwashed. We make final decisions on returns once items are in our possession.

- If the item you would like to exchange was not purchased directly through Pretty Brainy, please attempt to return it first through the original place of purchase. If you are unable to process a return through your original place of purchase, call us. We will do what we can.
How Long Does the Exchange Process Take?
We will endeavor to process your exchange within 3 business days. Please keep in mind that we may become backlogged at peak seasons.
