• Enclose the item in protective packaging and include a note telling us the reason for the return.
• When sending the return back to us, please use a carrier that can track and insure your package. Pretty Brainy cannot replace packages lost during return shipment is proof of tracking is unavailable. Should you have any questions, please email us at ideas@prettybrainy.com.
• Detailed instructions for returning your goods also are included with your order. If you have misplaced your invoice, received the items as a gift, or do not have an invoice, please telephone us at 1+720-203-1749 or email ideas@prettybrainy.com to process a return authorization. Please do not send items back without an invoice or return authorization.
• All returned goods must be clean, unworn and unwashed. We make final decisions on returns once items are in our possession.
